Clinical Psychologist
Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist who supports children, adolescents and adults to better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and build the confidence and skills to thrive.
She has experience working with a broad range of emotional, behavioural and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, stress and burnout, perinatal and postnatal mental health, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bullying, and parenting support.
She brings a warm, thoughtful and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies, Sarah tailors her approach to each client's age, life stage, strengths, goals and individual circumstances, balancing clinical expertise with warmth, humour and genuine curiosity.
Sarah completed a Master of Clinical Psychology with Distinction at Curtin University after graduating with First Class Honours in Psychology from The University of Western Australia. Sarah has worked across specialist paediatric hospital and community mental health settings, including Kids Rehab at Perth Children's Hospital and South Coastal Health and Community Services. She also co-developed Shared Journeys, a psychology-led parenting support program, reflecting her passion for supporting the wellbeing of parents and caregivers while equipping them with the confidence and practical skills to nurture their child's emotional wellbeing.
