Dr Tien Do

Director of Neuropsychology Services

Dr. Tien Do is a licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist. She completed her training in the United States, receiving her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (Formerly the Chicago Medical School/Finch University of Health Sciences) with a specialisation in Clinical Neuropsychology.  She completed a 2-year Clinical Neuropsychology Fellowship at Harvard-Partners Consortium (joint Brigham & Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School).   

Dr. Do is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and formerly held the position of Deputy Chair of the WA Branch of the College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (CCN).  She is currently on staff with the Kids Rehab Program at Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).   She also has extensive experience with provision of neuropsychological services, clinical training and supervision in former positions as Coordinator of the Paediatric Programme at the Neurosciences Unit, through the Paediatric Consultation and Liaison program (PCLP) at PCH, and UWA. 

Dr. Do's clinical focus is in paediatric neuropsychology.  She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of neurological, neuropsychiatric and developmental disorders as well as acquired disorders (trauma, stroke, tumours) that affect neuropsychological functions.  She also works with school related issues including ADHD, Learning Disabilities, behavior problems secondary to learning difficulties, and difficulty with academic achievement. Her interest is in paediatric brain tumours and other cancers affecting the CNS (e.g., leukaemia) and childhood hydrocephalus.
